  • How much does it cost to use the restroom?

    Somewhere between $2-$3, the cost of a bottle of water.

  • How do I invite Piviy to my event?

    There are many ways – text, email, fill out the interest form on this website, or message me on social media!

  • What are the requirements?

    A dry, level area without low branches.

    Optional: Hose access to water within 100ft. We can fill up at our lot but prefer to fill onsite.

    Optional: Access to 120v (20 amp dedicated circuit) power within 100ft. We can also bring a generator.

  • How many trailers do I need?

    Zero. You should fulfill the legal requirement for toilets with port-a-potties. Our trailers are optional, but your attendees will enjoy the clean, comfortable experience.

  • How does payment work?

    The user will get in line, approach the next available compartment, and tap their card or phone to the device. Once the transaction is accepted, a magnetic lock at the door will be released, and entry will be allowed. The user will enter and turn the deadbolt, which will signal outside that the unit is occupied.

  • What if there is a problem with the payment device or WIFI?

    Our units are 100% staffed by a manager and an attendant. If this happens, we go old-school and manually take payment (cash/Zelle/PayPal/Venmo).

  • What do the manager and attendant do?

    The manager will haul the trailer to its location level, hook it up, test it, set up line control, etc. They also serve as triage during the event to communicate with the event staff and address any issues.

    The attendant is responsible for continuously cleaning the units, restocking, and addressing customer needs and concerns on the frontline.
